I’ve been being proper daft on the telly box hawking chocolate on an Easter advert for the Co-op. If you dig bespectacled, northern, ginger women in full bunny costume then you are in for a right treat.

Lovefix

I’m just filmed a broadcast pilot for ITV2 called Lovefix. It’s a show about love, sex and relationships. I host it with fellow comedian Kojo, Youtuber Hannah Witton and Ollie Locke. We had a blast filming it and it will be broadcast on Valentine’s Day 10pm ITV2.
Workshop Week
I’ve been in Liverpool doing a workshop week for my play. The actors and the director were bloody amazing and hopefully it will be on at The Unity Theatre in Liverpool in the not too distant future.

I’m not going to be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe this year (too busy dropping a sprog) but a monologue I wrote will be featuring in a theatre show at the Pleasance. It’s celebrating ten years of the brilliant Comedian’s Theatre Company called 10x10x10.
Liverpool Hope playwriting prize
In super awesome lovely news, I won the inaugural Liverpool Hope playwriting prize. I get to work with the Royal Court theatre in Liverpool and I won some dollar, dollar. Here’s a picture of me with the other shortlisted writers. Yep, I’m the only vagina.

I did a gig for the charity Stoptober with some other brilliant comedians that was broadcast live on that there Youtube (Very modern).
Festival fun!

I am delighted to be performing at both Latitude and End Of The Road Festival this year. I’ll be doing the Storytellers club shed (yes, shed!) at Latitude and compering the Comedy stage on Saturday afternoon at EOTR.

My Pops and I are featured in a couple of episodes of BBC Radio 2’s History of British comedy. Episode 2 which we are featured on, is on the Iplayer and I think we are on Episode four which will be on Tuesday 26th March at 10pm.
